The following information is here to help answer any of your questions. If there’s something more specific you’d like to know just contact us.

For deliveries you can choose for regular post or express post with signature on delivery and online tracking.

We deliver with the shipping company that can assure the fastest and most secure shipping service on the moment of your order. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply.

While all orders are shipped within 48 hours, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end. As a general rule, assume that delivery will take 2 – 5 business days with express shipping for Europe & Australia and 3-7 business days for the United States & Canada.
With regular shipping delivery will take 5-10 business days for Europe & Australia and 7-12 business days for the United States & Canada.

For deliveries outside these areas delivery can take up to 30 business days. If you live in the middle of nowhere, please allow some extra time.

Please note:

  • With Regular Shipping there is no proof of delivery or tracking available, thus items will not be re-shipped if you fail to receive your order due unknown circumstances. If you want to sign for delivery please choose Express Shipping with Tracking.
  • Orders shipped to international regions may be charged taxes and duties by your own country and are your responsibility.

Where there is an issue with delivery or the condition of goods delivered, please notify us of any such issues as soon as you become aware. We will not be made liable for non-delivery or damaged items if we are notified later than 30 days from the confirmation of dispatch.

Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

With Regular Shipping there is no proof of delivery, thus items will not be re-shipped if you fail to receive your order due unknown circumstances. If you want to sign for delivery please choose Express Shipping with Tracking.

You agree that when the shipping company is satisfied that the order has been delivered, delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and us.

If the shipping company will obtain a signature on receipt; we recommend that you enter a delivery address where someone will be during the hours of 9am and 5 pm on the delivery day – a work address is preferred to ensure you receive your parcel efficiently or other suitable daytime address where someone is available to accept your order. If no-one is available to receive your order, a card will be left indicating your parcel is available for collection at a pick-up location.

If the incorrect delivery address is supplied, they will be returned to the supplier and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. In these instances a postage and handling fee for re-delivery will apply.

If you select the “Authority to leave” option, you agree that when the shipping company is satisfied that the order has been delivered, delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and us. In these instances we will not be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from the delivery.

Can I return or exchange a product that has not been opened?

We want to make sure you always have exactly what you want! If you change your mind within 30 days on a product you ordered and haven’t yet opened or used it, we can give you a refund, a replacement, or in-store credit for a future purchase! To make a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@huntersonwallets.com. We’ll need your name, order id, reason for return and if you want a refund, replacement item or an in-store credit.

We recommend using a shipping method that assigns step-by-step tracking to your package when returning the item to our warehouse (so you can ensure it has arrived to our warehouse). We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process.

Can I return or exchange a product that I opened already?

We want to make sure that you are always 100% satisfied with Hunterson. If you wish to return an item that you’ve opened or used, we won’t be able to refund you but can almost always offer an in store credit or a replacement item! To make a return, please contact our customer service team atcontact@huntersonwallets.com. We’ll need your name, order number, reason for return and if you want a replacement item or an in-store credit.

Items that are opened must be returned within 30 days, and we cannot accept returns on items that you received from a previous exchange.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

We take great measures to ensure that packages arrive to you not only quickly but also in a perfect condition! Unfortunately, in rare cases items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible.

To get a replacement please email us immediately at contact@huntersonwallets.com and let us know your name, order number, and the item that was damaged. We will then ship a replacement for the damaged item(s) immediately. Please be sure to have your order number handy when contacting us. We apologize for any trouble this has caused you.

What happens if I receive the wrong product?

Don’t worry, we will take care of this for you in record time! We take great measures to ensure that packages arrive to you not only quickly but also in perfect condition! Unfortunately, in some cases items may be the wrong product. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as fast as possible!

To get a replacement please email us immediately at contact@huntersonwallets.com and let us know your name, order number, and the item not received. We will then ship a replacement for the incorrect item(s) immediately. We apologize for any trouble this has caused you!

If you placed the order for this item more than six months ago we apologize as we are unable to accept the return.

When will I receive my refund?

If you are to be receiving a refund from us for any reason it will be processed within 2-5 business days! If you paid by credit/debit or PayPal it may take up to five business days before the refund is reflected upon your account statement. The amount will be refunded back to the account used in the original purchase. We will work very hard to ensure you receive your refund quickly.

What payment options do you accept?

We have worked hard to provide the most payment methods to our customers in order to make purchasing from Hunterson as convenient as possible. Here is a list of the payment methods that we accept:

  • Credit Or Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express from all major financial institutions through the Magic Wallet Shop payment gateway.
  • PayPal: You can use this choice to pay quickly and easily with all credit or debit cards. An account is optional and allows you to use the quick checkout.
  • Apple Pay: Use your credit cards with just a touch on your iPhone or Apple Watch.
  • Gift Certificate: If you have a gift certificate you can use it as payment towards a purchase.

Do you check all orders for fraud?

Yes. We have many checks in place to be as sure as we can that an order is not fraud. We will check your billing address, your IP address, your credit card information and much more. If you do place a fraudulent order, we will prosecute and contact the authorities in your area.

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction with Hunterson is even more secure than a card transaction in a shop.

We are very serious about securely hosting and have invested significant time and money to certify our solution PCI compliant. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, we work really hard to ensure our shopping cart software and ecommerce hosting is secure.

Hunterson has an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 128 bit encryption technology.

This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

Our products are covered for a period of 1 year from the date of original online purchase by the original end-user purchaser, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. If a defect is found in the materials and workmanship within the warranty time period we will exchange the product at no charge to you, provided the defective product is sent back to us for assessment.

This warranty doesn’t apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, or if you just change your mind. If you wish to make a claim, or need help with a product, email contact@huntersonwallets.com and be sure to keep hold of your receipt.
